In Australia an 18 year old can drive, drink, vote (hopefully not all at the same time), so if the government considered my child an adult I guess I would too. In a situation like this though it all comes down to the young womans parents, so they would decide I guess!

Competition is a good thing. I'm on my third Twitter App right now, and this looks promising. I'm going to get this one and hopefully it will be better than the App I have right now. And hopefully competition will keep making the Apps better and better. :)

Does this drag and drop include attachements? That has always been my biggest pain with webmail (any webmail service, gmail, hotmail, ...) was that it is really annoying to send attachements (one by one adding and uploading instead of adding them all and upload them all at once)

What you're saying makes no sense. If they're the same, why do they need different versions of the same application? Do different versions of the same application exist for the different flavors of windows 7? Are there different versions of the same application for laptops and desktop computers?
Can't iOS applications share the same code base with adjustments made for the differing UI requirements (e.g. iPad vs iPhone resolution).
Regardless, the iPad can run iPhone/iPod touch applications anyways so your distinction is silly.

There's nothing stupid about this. Its a huge privacy violation to have your locations constantly tracked without your consent, even if the data is not used directly by Apple. This easily accessed location data on your phone was already widely known and used by police agencies since last year according to several articles, so you can just imagine what it is like for someone in a police state to have all their locations for the past year easily accessed when they are arrested. That's not to mention spying or abusive spouses, industrial espionage, and many other reasons to want to maintain some confidentiality.
The fact that Apple only bothered to care about this or look into it after it became a media storm shows that there is a simple lack of privacy controls and concern about privacy at the company.

Agreed. This doesn't sound correct. I have a corporate discount and added the feature. I still have the discount.
When this initially was announced and after holding for a long time while the rep checked, ATT told me verbally that the dicounted $29.95/450 min plan would go to regular $39.95 regular price if I wanted the unlimited mobile to mobile with unlimited texting but it in fact wasn't the case. I was able to do it online. The first day or so of the promotion the site was giving me an error whenI tried to make the change but I was able to do it on day 2 or 3. I verified earlier today that my discount rate was still in tact and I had the unLim Mob to Mob.

This means the ip5 will be delayed at least 6 months. Big mistake Apple, the galaxy s2 will be in the market in 1 month, and the white model should have been launched 3 months after the black model, not now. Everybody is waiting for an update phone, not a "white coloured" one, with old hardware and same price. Bad movement, i'm afraid.
